Key Responsibilities as a Server Assistant

Dining Service Support:

  • Assist Food Servers in providing a luxury dining experience by ensuring a seamless service flow.
  • Clear and reset tables promptly, following Four Seasons standards.
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in dining and service areas.

Guest Experience:

  • Anticipate guest needs and provide professional, friendly, and prompt service.
  • Ensure tables are well-maintained and appropriately set for the next guests.
  • Assist with special guest requests when needed.

Operations & Efficiency:

  • Support servers with side work, polishing silverware, refilling condiments, and preparing dining essentials.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications & Requirements for this Job

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management.
  • Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or luxury hospitality setting is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices.
