Key Responsibilities as a Server Assistant
Dining Service Support:
- Assist Food Servers in providing a luxury dining experience by ensuring a seamless service flow.
- Clear and reset tables promptly, following Four Seasons standards.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in dining and service areas.
Guest Experience:
- Anticipate guest needs and provide professional, friendly, and prompt service.
- Ensure tables are well-maintained and appropriately set for the next guests.
- Assist with special guest requests when needed.
Operations & Efficiency:
- Support servers with side work, polishing silverware, refilling condiments, and preparing dining essentials.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Qualifications & Requirements for this Job
Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or luxury hospitality setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices.
